Roderic is originally from Mulhuddart and now lives in Blanchardstown Village.
His background is in law which he studied in Trinity College and the London School of Economics. For the last two years he has worked as a lecturer and course director in Griffith College where he teaches EU law and Constitutional law. Prior to this, he worked in a project helping adults who were forced to leave the education system early, to study law.
Roderic stood for the Green Party in the last General Election and in the 2004 Local Election.
For the last 5 years, he has been the Green Party representative for Dublin 15.
Roderic has worked on a wide range of issues including proper planning, new schools, lobbying Dublin Bus & Irish Rail and tackling anti-social behaviour.
